Dear Bhawna,
As we have planned tour to Coorg, a lot we searched in website it's by luck we got into helloholidays webpage on surfing in net... on chatting with the representative came to know about the package details. After few minutes we got call from representative of the Coorg tour package. They are very pleasant in explaining about package.
On tour we reached Bangalore by 09.30 AM instead of 06:30 AM due to late arrival of bus. In-between we got several calls from tour programme coordinator patience and hospitality confirmed whether vehicle driver reached us to take in Coorg.
While reaching the place Madikeri we thought the place is near by... and we inquired our driver he said it will take an hour or more to reach there we thought on seeing road side it will be so tough to hotel stay will be normal as the places are so rural area and we can't find any shops hotels near by... finally reached the hotel wow it's entirely different experience... MISTY WOODS RESORTS, VIRAJPET, KAKKABE 571212 COORG was the hotel which i stayed with my family members its a wonderful experience every day and the places visited excellent.
Actually the Resort is located in all around nature place with excellent waterfalls all around. The stay, restaurant and security refreshment areas and all fields are very much satisfy one.

Overall tour was good. Resort was really good. I would like to bring one thing to the notice of management package builders please consider the geographical locations of sites that you include in the packages. There were 5 sites that we were promised in the package of 1 day but could visit only 2 of them because of the geographical distances.
Moreover, the transport team We specially asked for a driver who know hindi or at least English but our diver knew only kannada. We had great difficulty in interacting with him.
2 Other important things the driver was a very decent person and i appreciate the client handling of Bhawna Rawat. She was a great help.
The other things that i mentioned need to be taken care by the company and transport management.
