Day 1 : Arrival at Tent city Dhordo from Bhuj

Transfers from Bhuj to Tent City Dhordo on Fixed Timings:
08.15 Am - From Railway station Bhuj
10.30 Am - From Railway station / Airport Bhuj
02.30 Pm - From Railway station Bhuj
03.30 PM - From Airport Bhuj

And individual transfers (on chargeable basis). No transfers will be available after above timing.
Allotment of tent will be subject to availability, for guest arriving at Rann Utsav before check-in time.
Distance from Bhuj to Tent City Dhordo is around 85 Kms., which takes approx 1 hr 45 mins.

Day 2 : Kutch Sightseeing and Activities

09.00 Am to 08.00 Pm	Optional chargeable tour (This can be booked along with package) Mandvi Kutch Mandvi is an important beach famous among travelers for peace and solitude. Mandvi has beautiful white sand, serene locales and enchanting sunset views. Dist. from Tent City is approx 140 kms one way, which takes around 2.5 hr. Indo-Pak Border Get the feel of how our BSF jawans guard the border. Dist. From tent city is approx. 160 kms. with a travel time around 3 hrs. Guests opting for optional tour will miss complimentary tour to Gandhi Nu Gaam & Kala Dungar as scheduled below.

Price mentioned is on per person on twin sharing basis. (Based on Minimum 2 pax)
Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel.
Cost does not include any other thing apart from the itinerary inclusions.
All cancellations & amendments will be done as per hotel policy.
The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check in at the hotel.

Inclusions:

Pick up from Bhuj (Railway Station / Airport) to Dhordo. All transfers shall be n AC coaches On S.I.C. basis.
Drop from Dhordo to Bhuj (Railway Station / Airport)
Complimentary Refreshment in bus.
2 Nights 3 Days Package includes Lunch, Evening Tea & Dinner on 1st day. Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea & Dinner on 2nd day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd day. The Meals will be served on scheduled time in respective dining area and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd day.
Visit to White Rann on day 1 and visit to Kala Dungar on day 2. These tour cannot be interchanged. Those guests who missed the visit as per scheduled package may be included on request on chargeable basis.
Accommodation in Tent on twin sharing baisis.
Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent.

Exclusions:

Any Airfare, Train fare, Overland Journey which is not mentioned in the Itinerary.
Any entrances & guide charges
Any Meals not mentioned in Itinerary.
Any other personal expenses like Laundry, bar bills, table bills, camera fee, tips or any other item.
Service tax.

Cancellation Policy:

25 % charges, if cancelled before 45 days schedule arrival.
50 % charges, if cancelled before 30 days ( but less than 45 days ) schedule arrival.
100 % charges, if cancelled less than 20 days prior to schedule arrival.
